Putting communication - that&#039;s basically what you say when referring to &quot;centralize the creation and management of content&quot; - in the center of the enterprise will indeed put the business in control again. However this does require that SAP and Siebel implementations take a step back from that center spot. Because that&#039;s where they are right now. Or better, to allow another next to them in the center spot. They (SAP and Siebel) have arrived there (amongst others) because they own the core data that floats through the business processes. A lot of water will float through the seas before the shift of that paradigm to the combination  of data and the flow, will be achieved. Nevertheless, and especially when looking at what&#039;s coming with Web 2.0, I too believe that it is a must.</description>
