Freddie has started programming since 1987 and has being programming in Java since 1996. He has and had the privilege to write, among others: Financial applications, HR applications, web applications; desktop applications; integration applications; Business Intelligence application and have also worked on one of the biggest OO-java projects in the world (SanFrancisco project).

Last two years, his focus is more on productivity and the influence of the planning process and team dynamics on it.

In his spare time he is running half marathons or you can find him on an ATB. He is also a certified soccer trainer and trains the pupils (150 kids).
